Vintage Art Deco Hutschenreuter bisque (Biscuit) collectible porcelain figurine designed by Karl Tutter (1883 - 1969), one of the most famous German porcelain modelers of the 20th century.
It depicts a young nude woman touching up her hair with a towel over one of her legs.
As in all his sculptures this Tutter’s work is modelled with outstanding anatomical details.
Stands approx. 8 inches (20 cm) tall x 6 inches (15 cm) elbow to elbow.
Signed on the bottom K TUTTER.
