Rare Vintage Made in USA Sunbelt Sportswear drop waist, sleeveless halter neck min(d)i dress in a gorgeous blue hue. Cotton blend, good condition due to light wear and unfortunately on the front bottom skirt there is some accidental bleach spots (please see photos) ugh!! However, this could be dyed, hemmed, or just send it and add more intentional bleach designs to truly make it one of a kind!
