Ring is made of lustrium. I'm not sure what kind of stone is in the setting. It is a pink / purple hue. There are a couple small nicks / scuffs on the stone. The band has an internal diameter of about 11/16". I believe is a size 7. Ring has some light scuffs here and there on the band, but is in nice shape overall.
