This nice quality dress is from @ 1960's I believe. The label is Fashion for Lady Matsuzakaya. No fabric content or size tag but the fabric is sheer crepe and most likely silk. Lined through the body. Sheer sleeves. Buttons down the front to the hips so you would pull over or step in. The buttons are black and clear. Pleated in the front on the sides and back. Sash belt. I believe the belt may be a replacement as the fabric looks a little different. Shown in one of the photos with a retro belt. Tie at the neck. It's in excellent condition. The hem was loose in a couple places and I tacked it back. It measures 38" long. Laying flat seam to seam it's 18 1/2" across under the arms, 16 1/2" at the waist, 21 1/2" at the hips.
