Vintage 14k Yellow Gold Natural Opal Cluster Ring with Beaded Band Size 5

A beautiful estate find! Set in the center of this snowflake pattern ring is a 3.5mm natural round opal. The opal is set with 6 prongs and sits tall above the rest of the ring. It is surrounded by 6 additional natural round opals. They are slightly smaller (3mm each) and are also set with 6 prongs. All of the opals have great color with lots of fire and flash. You'll see blues, greens and purples. Great color! The gemstones are surrounded by a snowflake pattern of gold. It has some milgrain edging and antique detailing. This ring measures 3/4" from top to bottom and 11/16" from side to side. The center opal sits 7/16" off of your finger. The band has a beaded detailing that runs all the way to the bottom of the shank. There is a small space at the bottom that is plain so you can size the ring up or down without effecting the beaded detailing. It is currently a finger size 5. It has a nice wide 4.5mm band. Lots of gold! 5.3 grams. It has been gently cleaned and cloth polished.
