Phone is like new. No damage or scratches whatsoever. A couple months ago I dropped and damaged my phone, Verizon replaced it under warranty but sent me 2 replacements by mistake so this is the extra. I told Verizon their mistake and 3 separate representatives told me to just keep the phone and I wouldn't be charged for it.. I kept it and it's been 2 months. Called them a week ago and ask them to unlock the carrier so I could sell it, and they unlocked it. I tested it with my brother's AT&T SIM and it worked. It's an awesome phone I have no complaints, I'm still using the other replacement.
