Inspired by her local green space (Yoyogi Park in Shibuya), Yamase applies mismatched accents that convey the feeling of natural elements. They take the form of hand-painted Swooshes and abstract figures, rendered in bright hues that add energy to an upper built with 50% recycled leather fiber. A translucent rubber cupsole packs a foam wedge and an Air-sole heel unit for lightweight cushioning.
