Basically, after an order is placed, I will open a new, unopened box of the genuine product, take out the minifigures, put them in a protective case, wrap them in bubble wrap, and ship them.
Cancellations after purchase due to personal reasons are generally not possible for these reasons.
If you wish to cancel, you can do so by paying 30% of the current price of the set the minifigures came from (referencing the LEGO official website), not the selling price of the minifigures.
