What a unique piece of textile fiber art! The collar is hand knit in a traditional Cowhican stepped fret design from chunky raw wool and hand tufted pom pons. The body of the cape is high quality tightly loom woven wool in a serrated diamond chevron pattern. The fringe is hand braided chunky raw wool. Excellent like new condition.
