What a beautiful piece of workmanship and details in this clock!
Intorduced in 1988, Call to Worship was only the second clock ever made from a Hummel design. First crafted by master sculptor, Gerhard Skeobek, in 1982, it stands 13" tall and chimes every hour. You can choose from two tunes by moving a switch beneath the figure inside. The tunes are "Ave Maria" and "Westminster Chimes".
Call too Worship was the second offering in what Goebel called the Century Collection, a group of pieces produced in the 20th century with a one year limited production. Figures in the collection bear the XX on the base as this one does. This Hummel comes with the original box which does have some markings and scratches on it. This RARE Hummel is in EXCELLENT condition.
