Adjustable:
1. Open the button the ‘flower of life’ and adjust the length of the rope around your neck till it fits tightly.
2. Close the flower of life.
3. To fix the length you need to pull the ropes from the loops located on the back side of the waist; tie a knot.
4. Pull the ropes back through the loops and pull tight.
5. Wrap the ropes around the waist to regulate the waist.
