Antique Pince Nez Glasses with Case Optician L.U. Lewis Bridgend Steampunk

Antique pince-nez spectacles with spring bridge and round lenses, complete with original optician’s case marked L.U. Lewis, Public Optician, Bridgend. These date to the late 19th–early 20th century (c.1880–1920). The frame is gilt metal (likely rolled gold) with age-related wear. One lens is detached but present, and there is also an extra spare lens included. The original case shows wear but the lettering remains clear.
