Beautiful Antique Mirror & Boars Hair Brush done in a high relief repousse (flat sheet hammered from the back into a deep mold) featuring a ladyโs face with long flowing hair surrounded by acanthus leaves & flowers. The silvering on the thick beveled mirror is still almost completely intact which is very unusual for mirrors this age. The mirror does have a quarter sized area where it looks scratched - best seen in video- but is on the inside of glass?!?
