Antique Vintage Circa: 1891 Elgin GF Near Mint Fancy Case Gent’s Hunters Pocket Watch. Size:6s Movement setting:lever. Srl#4112317. 7Jewel. Grade:95. Runs Strong.
Porcelain dial-pristine, no hairlines, has black hour markings, Roman numerals & metal hour hands. Crystal: clean-no scratches. Inside cases are clean. Front & back cases are in pristine condition. A beautiful ornate wavy outer ring frame. Front case is beautifully decorated shield Victorian style & 1 light scratch, no dents, mild scratches on mid shield. Back case-clean. All 3 cases opens 90 degrees perfect hinges. Front lid pops open crisply when crown is pressed. Movement setting: Lever. Movement in great physical & mechanical condition. Crown winds smoothly, watch runs strong & gives good timing for an hour testing, not tested for 24hr accuracy. Service records unknown, recommend service for optimum performance, buyers expense.
